Many years ago when it came out, I may not have appreciated as much as I thought it carried with it a slight religious undertone (seeing that it was for the movie about Moses). Given current circumstances, I suppose it could have general application

The Last Few Years - Malaysian Property

Mid-2011 onwards has been tumultuous. I changed jobs twice. But let's talk about something more interesting. In May this year, on a spur of a moment, my friend and I decided to buy some Malaysian property, a hotel room at Ayer Keroh in Malacca. I still don't know why we did that, but there's a 7% rental guarantee for 10 years and low upfront so if the developer holds to its word then I guess we're ok....
